Record the visit
Staff complete field, school, economic, or family visit forms in the field or when they return. They can document what happened, actions taken, current status, and any follow-up needed.
It becomes part of the record
As soon as the form is saved, it is attached to the child and/or family visited, creating an ongoing history your team can easily find and build on. Access is permission-based, so only the right people see the forms.

Sensitive data deserves serious protection. Since Story holds deeply personal information—
health, family, progress, and faith, it's built with security, privacy, and controlled access at the core.
Only the people you choose can open it
Story is restricted to the administrators you nominate — not everyone with a login. A child’s health notes and family circumstances are not open to your whole team by default. You can also give a field worker access to only the records their work needs—nothing more.
