What is KidsCircle?
KidsCircle helps nonprofits manage all their sponsorship communication — photos, letters, and birthday greetings between the children and staff they serve and their sponsors — in one organized place.
Who is KidsCircle for?
Child-serving nonprofits, ministries, and sponsorship organizations running child sponsorship, staff sponsorship, or both.
What's a Circle?
A Circle is one round of communication between children, staff, and sponsors. There are four types: Child or Staff to Sponsor, Sponsor to Child or Staff, Birthday Circle, and Custom Circle.
Can sponsors write back?
Yes. Each sponsor gets a private link — no login or app — to write or upload a letter, add a photo, and revisit the children they support along with past letters and photos.
How do photos and letters get collected?
Your team can snap photos and scan letters from any phone, or bulk-upload a stack at once — QR codes automatically match each item to the right child, staff member, and sponsor.
Can I send by mail as well as email?
Yes. Every photo and letter can go out as a personalized email or a print-ready PDF — and KidsCircle can print and mail them for you if you'd like.
How much does KidsCircle cost?
Three plans: Seed at $45/month (up to 100 children), Growth at $85/month (up to 400 children plus 75 staff), and Flourish at $135/month (up to 700 children plus 125 staff). Paying annually saves about 10%.
Does KidsCircle work internationally?
Yes. KidsCircle grew out of years of firsthand sponsorship work in Uganda and runs in any modern web browser, so your US and in-country teams share one system.
How do you protect children's data?
Children aren't users of the platform — your organization owns and manages its own child and staff records, with role-based access so only your authorized team can see your data.
